Used ideally for flowing or even tidal rivers this float can be seen in all conditions. Fished slightly over depth with a flat 'inline' lead. A winning combination.

 Ideal for dradbaiting even when the float is flat because of the bulbous body it still can be seen

Note: - this applies to non-snaggy rivers.

When fishing in situations where the line could get snagged it is advisable to use a "rotten bottom" where the lead is tied with a lower breaking strain than the main line.
